If you like to cook or bake then the place to go is allrecipes.com. There are a lot of recipe websites out there and many of them have some good stuff on them. Allrecipes stands above the crowd by providing a well organized site with lots of photos and community involvement.
Recipes are rated, and comments are available. I don't know if the community is just really great or the comments are heavily moderated but you don't see the usual sea of trash commentary that plagues a lot of sites. Most comments are helpful, and many even provide insight in variations one might use in creating the recipe.
